How it works
The sequence is fixed, and you know which step is happening.
We agree in writing what is prepared, when it is due and the fee.
You send the statements, invoices and letters that cover the period.
Figures are checked against the records and questions raised while there is time.
The return or accounts are submitted and you receive a copy with the key figures.

Returns, books and accounts are prepared from your records, checked against statements and filed with the papers in order.
Where something is unclear we ask before filing, because an assumption found later costs more than a question now. If the deadline is close, say so in the first line of the message.
The measure of a good job is that nobody has to chase anybody afterwards. A short call usually settles whether the work is a return or a set of books.
